How to useUse as a rinse after each toilet visit.

With your butt shower:Mix 1/2 tsp of Sitzbad with one fill of your Bidetlity butt shower (approx. 450 ml) of cool to mildly lukewarm water and use as a gentle rinse.

Without a butt shower:Add 1 tsp of Sitzbad to 1 liter of cool to mildly lukewarm water.

Once seated on the toilet, slowly pour the rinse starting at the pubic hair line so that it flows over the perineum. Besides hygiene, rinsing also helps to remove small blood clots (clumped, coagulated blood) or lochia that has dried overnight in the pubic hair.
